Measure
Behavioural data is collected through secure channels and every actor is placed in the field. The baseline is physical, not declarative.
The physics of trust
Our vocabulary is borrowed from physics because the phenomena obey physical laws. Each term names something we measure.
- Field
- Trust is not an attitude. It is a field that every actor both generates and experiences, measurable at every point.
- Contagion
- Behaviour propagates from node to node at a measurable rate. Safety spreads. So does fear.
- Entropy
- The share of collective energy lost to friction. Constructive against destructive, in a Shannon and Bayesian formulation.
- Drift Velocity
- Erosion invisible in any single reading. Its velocity reveals the collapse windows that open before a rupture is declared.
- Half-Life
- Every commitment decays. The only question is how fast, and under which stress.
- Phase Transition
- Systems do not degrade gracefully. They tip. Near the threshold, fluctuations appear at every scale.
- Kill Switch
- A dependency that an adversary can activate against you. Identified before it is used.
- Critical Opalescence
- The visible signature of a system on the edge of transition. The moment we are built to detect.
Live instrument · Phase Transition
Scroll to cross the threshold.
Temperature falls as you descend. Coupling rises. Watch the readout: susceptibility peaks at the critical point, the field turns opalescent, then locks into order.
A system that can be measured can be steered.
The 7 Layers
Both divisions read safety as a stack of seven layers. When an upper layer is breached, the layers beneath carry its load. When the stack fails entirely, the result is a crisis in an organisation and a conflict between States.
Seven layers, from the individual foundation of voice and inclusion to the safety that allows an organisation to transform.
Standard of proof
Neuroscience
Instruments designed around how human beings process threat, safety and belonging.
Validated psychometrics
Structured questionnaires and interviews, triangulated with anonymised behavioural data.
Network topology
Hubs, bridges and cascades modelled as graphs, not as org charts.
Monte Carlo simulation
Ten thousand simulated futures before a single decision is taken.
