Heritage
For decades, the most consequential decisions made by States and enterprises have rested on opinion: diplomatic cables, engagement surveys, analyst notes, consultant slides. None of them measures the one variable that decides whether an alliance holds or an organisation executes. That variable is trust.
The Vanguard Trust House was founded to end that blind spot. Its frameworks treat trust as a physical quantity, with fields, propagation rates, entropy and half-lives, and install the instruments that measure it where the decisions are taken.
Dual vocation
